Hi! I’m Helen Hilios Dunn, the owner and operator of Dunn From Scratch Bakery! After almost 10 years in the Marketing & Communication industry, I left my office job in 2018 to put my full attention on building a bakery and being a mom. I am so thankful for my amazing husband who has always believed in my dream and has been my biggest supporter.  My greatest “from scratch” creation is my daughter Emerson and she is also my greatest inspiration.

I am a self-taught baker and have spent years creating delicious recipes using high-quality ingredients. I love experimenting with unique flavors and you’ll never hear me say no to trying something new!
